Services Description

TrustyHands Gary Roofing provides professional roofing services including but not limited to roof repair, roof replacement, roof installation, roof inspection and maintenance, storm damage repair, emergency roofing, gutter installation and repair, and both residential and commercial roofing services.

All services are provided subject to availability and our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided to us and may be subject to change if conditions differ from what was originally assessed.

Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if unforeseen issues are discovered during the project. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property or pursue other legal remedies to collect payment.

Warranties

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our workmanship. The specific terms and duration of warranties will be outlined in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, improper maintenance, or modifications made by other contractors without our authorization.

Liability and Insurance

TrustyHands Gary Roofing carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. While we take every precaution to protect your property during our work, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues discovered during the project that were not visible during the initial inspection.

You agree to maintain homeowners insurance and notify your insurance company of any work being performed on your property as required by your policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and preparation costs.

If work has already begun, you may be responsible for the cost of materials purchased and work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Property Access

By hiring our services, you grant us permission to access your property as needed to complete the work. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, including removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other obstacles. You also agree to secure pets during our work hours for the safety of both our crew and your animals.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits for your project where required. You are responsible for ensuring any homeowners association approvals or other property restrictions are addressed before work begins. We comply with all local building codes and regulations in Gary, IN.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustyHands Gary Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
